The Chron reports that a bunch more restaurants, MarketBar, Skool, Bix, Tony's Pizza Napoletana, Burgermeister, and Burma Superstar, have reached an agreement with City Attorney Dennis Herrera in the Healthy SF surcharge case, with a total restitution of more than $800,000 paid among about 150 workers. 10 restaurants were also cleared of any wrongdoing: Bluestem Brasserie, Cafe Claude, Cupola Pizzeria, Gitane, Lark Creek Steak, Nopa, One Market, The Plant Cafe Organic, Ristobar and 25 Lusk.
