Big Easy supergroup The New Orleans Suspects will join her as the featured musical act. [EaterWire]
THE MISSION—The folks over at Cerveceria de MateVeza just completed a Brewing and Business Experienceship with the country's biggest craft brewer, Samuel Adams. As part of his homework, founder Jim Woods brewed a collaboration beer with Sam Adams, Boston Tea Party Saison, featuring MateVeza's signature infusion of yerba mate. They're releasing it tonight from 6-9 pm. [EaterWire]
OAKLAND—Hopscotch in Oakland is turning one year old this week (they'll be featured in our One Year In column later this month), and to celebrate, chef Kyle Itani and GM/bar manager Jenny Schwarz are offering a weeklong "greatest hits" prix fixe menu for $30 from tomorrow through Saturday (Saturday brunch not included).
