We dropped by month-old Dante's Table in the Castro late last week, and while we were there, snagged a few shots of their new patio, which opened to the public this weekend. Followers of the restaurant may recall that it's divided into three areas: the dining room (Inferno), a smaller, more private dining room (Purgatorio), and the garden patio (Paradiso); the latter is denoted by a giant blue wall with that phrase leading to the covered array of tables and heat lamps.
As chef Andrea Cesca (Cotogna) has settled in, the menu at Dante's Table has also expanded, with more pastas and entrees to complement the pizzas; here's an updated copy. They also have a full bar with cocktails and a sizable wine selection. For now, the patio is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
