After making their names at Out the Door Bush and Fish & Farm, respectively, chef power couple Grace Nguyen and Chad Newton have been busy down in the Peninsula starting a new fast-casual chain, Asian Box. Now they're planning to open their first SF location, in the Macy's Union Square food court, within the month. Next stop: L.A., where they hope to open three more locations by the end of next year.
