Inside Scoop only got a small update on Chez Spencer, but it's a depressing one. The lovely Mission restaurant, which was ravaged by a fire last week, is "gone," according to chef-owner Laurent Katgely, and while he vows it will return, he's not sure if he's even going to try to reopen in the same location.
