Bao Down

There's a new xiao long bao spot on Clement, appropriately named Xiao Long Bao. SFoodie stopped in and wasn't impressed by the 66 cents-a-pop titular delicacy (too little broth inside), but found chili pork dumplings and "the fattest, tastiest scallion pancakes we've had in a minute" to be worth a return visit.
