The inaugural BottleRock fest has come and gone, but reports of bounced checks to local food vendors have kept festival founder Bob Vogt on his heels. Vogt says the conflict with Napa chef Cindy Pawlcyn's catering company is over accounting, but Pawlcyn's reps say they met all their agreements and the fault lies with festival organizers, who have also been accused of underpayment to Bauer's Shuttle Co. and late payment to the event's 142 stagehands.
