Though reps wouldn't confirm it, it looks like the liquor-license wires have coughed up yet another Asian chain restaurant for downtown (660 Market, specifically): this one is Gyoro-Gyoro Izakaya Japonaise, a member of a Tokyo-based restaurant chain that's targeting 150 locations in the States for their sushi and small plates (there are already some in SoCal). On top of Hakkasan, Roka Akor, and the forthcoming Crystal Jade, might this be a bit too much?
