As 1760, the forthcoming casual offshoot of Acquerello, nears the finish line, they've added someone to handle that full liquor license they scored: Christopher Longoria, who honed his skills with the inventive menu at Aziza. He's already got some drinks planned, including one named for the restaurant that will combine mezcal, mint, gin, and cumin.
