Waiheke Launches Brunch; Ty Segall's Favorite Tacos

THE EMBARCADEROWaiheke Island Yacht Club is now offering brunch on weekends, with options like smoked salmon with escabeche, eggs, and hollandaise and two kinds of burgers, including one done in traditional New Zealand style with blue cheese and beets. They'll have $6 bloody marys as well. Hours are 10 am-3 pm, Saturday and Sunday. [Tablehopper]
