After leaving his longtime gig at Va de Vi in January, chef Arnold Pulido found a home at Bin 38 in the Marina. But after eight months, he's left, and has been replaced by Christian Phernetton (right), a new transplant who's run the kitchens at L'Auberge Provencale in Northern Virginia and Old Town Brasserie in Chicago. Phernetton is apparently going to take the menu in an "exciting, elevated new direction," which will come online in September. No word on where Pulido's headed. [Inside Scoop]
