There's been a pastry shake-up over at Coi: Nick Muncy, who's been working with the restaurant's pastry chef Matt Tinder for the past couple of years, has been promoted to that job, while Tinder is now the corporate pastry chef for the entire Daniel Patterson Group (which also includes Plum, Plum Bar, Haven, and the forthcoming Alta CA). The duo worked together at Saison before joining Coi (that's them at right), and Muncy was at Cyrus before that. Tinder has already started tinkering at the other restaurants, reworking Plum's bread program. [Inside Scoop]
