Haighteration scored an update on the fire-damaged retail corridor at Haight and Fillmore, whose tenants, Estela's Organic Sandwiches and Three Twins Ice Cream, were supposed to come back online on June 1. Thanks to the usual city delays, Three Twins is now predicting a mid-September reopening, while Estela's is mum.
