Liza Shaw's Merigan Sub Shop is getting close to the finish line in SOMA, and Bay Area Bites checked in with her to see what she's planning. In addition to the previously discussed meatballs, porchetta, and housemade turkey and roast beef, the A16 alum is planning to serve Italian ices and zeppole, and is hoping to do whole-animal butchery as well.
