As he prepares to expand his empire with Box and Bells quite shortly, James Syhabout is getting a little extra help at his flagship Commis. Aaron Martinez (right) is Syhabout's new chef de cuisine; he most recently worked with Michael Tusk at Quince, and spent three years before that at San Diego's acclaimed Addison.
