MARINA—The Let's Be Frank cart has spent weekends and holidays since 2007 selling their hot dogs at Crissy Field's Warming Hut, but their contract has expired, and they may not get to return. [Inside Scoop]

THE MISSION/SOMA—The dynamic trio of ThirstyBear, Southpaw BBQ, and BrewLab SF have teamed up to brew a nearly extinct Polish style of beer called grätzer, which they'll debut tomorrow night at 5 pm at Southpaw, and on Friday at 5 pm at ThirstyBear. [SF Brewers' Guild]

THE MISSION—The latest bakery to participate in Dandelion Chocolate's rotating dessert project is Le Dix-Sept Patisserie, run by a French-trained chef couple. They'll have chocolate canneles, chocolate nougat bars, and mango coconut-milk tarts through Saturday. They'll also make an appearance at Four Barrel's alley on Sunday from 9 am-3 pm, with espresso chocolate tarts, quiche lorraine, and more. [EaterWire]

THE MISSIONMaverick is opening for lunch on Fridays for a special to-go-only offering: sandwiches stuffed with their famous fried chicken, accompanied by strawberry lemonade, chips, and cookies. It'll run from 11:30-2:30, or until the sandwiches sell out. [EaterWire]
