After bouncing around between various pop-ups, Dandelion Chocolate has finally landed on a pastry chef: Lisa Vega, who was most recently at Gary Danko. Vega, who's also worked for the Mina Group and at Craft and Bouchon Bakery in L.A., starts October 2nd. She's already devising new recipes, including smoked marshmallow s'mores, cocoa nib scones, and a peanut butter and chocolate bar that reportedly had the Dandelion staff "swooning for days."
