As the House of Representatives debates cutting food stamp benefits by $40 billion today, here's an important read from SF Weekly food critic Anna Roth, who, along with Mina Group pastry chef Lincoln Carson and Central Kitchen chef Ryan Pollnow, spent five days last week living on the equivalent of a food stamp recipient's budget.
