DOLORES HEIGHTS— It looks like Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg is dropping over $1.6M on a renovation to his $10M pad over in Dolores Heights. Highlights include adding a wine room and a greenhouse.

TENDERLOIN— The Lofts at Seven are very tiny and new luxury apartments within spitting distance of all the hot tech companies in Mid-Market. The development officially opens tonight, but is already over 70 percent leased.

PACIFIC HEIGHTS— Filmmaker Chris Columbus (of Gremlins, The Goonies, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Home Alone fame) has just put his gigantic Pacific Heights mansion on the market for a mind-numbing $12.995M.

SAN FRANCISCO— Some of San Francisco's priciest residential real estate is taking big bucks off its asking prices. There's a 10,000 square foot Presidio Heights abode that hacked off $1M from its price, a Pacific Heights modern manse that alsohacked off $1M, and the city's second most expensive one bedroom currently for sale just took $300K off.

NOB HILL— San Francisco's real estate boundaries are about to be shattered by the upscale Park Lane building at 1100 Sacramento Street. You see, the current owner is done with renting the units, and is planning to convert all 33 apartments into TIC properties.

SAN FRANCISCO— Real estate aggregator Trulia has released a new interactive map that visualizes their rental price data collected over the last year. Not surprisingly, it shows San Francisco as one giant red-zone - meaning that the vast majority of rentals in the city cost over $2,000 per bedroom.
