SAN FRANCISCO—The inaugural San Francisco Racked Awards has begun! We've already crowned Freda Salvador as San Francisco's best new store. Check back often for more awards including Best Men's Store, So Hot Right Now, and lots more categories.

UNION SQUARE—There were NO BAGS, Boom! sweaters or accessories at the Philip Lim x Target launch at the City Target downtown on Sunday. Shoppers were not pleased.
