The Four Seasons isn't the first name that comes to mind when thinking about food trucks, but the swanky hotel chain wants to prove it can get down and dirty with the trend, driving a truck up the West Coast and staffing it with chefs from each of its hotels. MKT Restaurant & Bar is taking over the truck through Sunday, serving up their duck-fat burger, crab Louie roll, short-rib tacos, garlic fries, and other treats.
