Two more key players have been announced for the Tosca Cafe revamp: Isaac Shumway, who's worked everywhere from Bourbon & Branch to Alembic to Heaven's Dog, will be heading up the bar, and previously-announced wine director Ceri Smith has a partner in crime: legendary Bonny Doon winemaker Randall Grahm (pictured at right; he'll help develop the list but won't work the floor).
