Michelin one-starrer Keiko á Nob Hill is taking things up a notch beginning in mid-February, when chef Keiko Takahashi will dump her $95 seven-course tasting menu and á la carte bar menu in favor of one option, a $175 extended 13-15 course tasting. She'll only offer one seating per night, dropping her covers from 40 to 25 on weekdays and 60 to 35 on weekends. Upsides include fish exclusively sourced from Tokyo's Tsukiji fish market and A5 Wagyu beef with no supplement. [Inside Scoop]
