In addition to being a professional chef, Danny Brooks is a pretty talented filmmaker, as this look behind the scenes of the Quince 10th anniversary dinner in which he participated shows. The Bay Area Proteges dinner was the penultimate event in Quince's 10-dinner guest-chef series, and featured dishes from Brooks (who's currently a private chef) and a number of his fellow Quince alums. Chef Michael Tusk can be seen cooking alongside local culinary superstars like Thomas McNaughton (Flour + Water), Cortney Burns (Bar Tartine), and Evan Rich (Rich Table), among others. Goofing around and drinking Champagne between their intense platings of dishes, they're clearly having a ball.
