Gluten-Free Wire

When Oaklander Brent Woodard developed an intolerance to gluten, he refused to let the condition deny him bagels, his favorite glutinous treat. But with the gluten-free options on the market falling flat, Woodard got to work in the kitchen, developing his own perfect bagel. Now Odd Bagel is being distributed by the likes of Berkeley Bowl, Saul's and Good Eggs, and it's earned a rave from EBX critic Luke Tsai, who calls it "the best gluten-free bread product I've ever tasted."
