Tablehopper scored a few more details about Kusakabe, the sushi restaurant from former Sushi Ran chef Mitsunori Kusakabe that's headed to the former Machka space in the FiDi. It'll have a prix-fixe kaiseki menu somewhere in the $85-100 range, and Kusakabe is considering adding an omakase sushi menu as well. At 30 seats, with 15 at the sushi bar, and featuring a lot of wood details, it sounds like it'll have a lot of price, design, and food similarities with the Mission's newish Maruya. Expect it in early March. [Tablehopper]
