Fans of Oakland mac-and-cheese parlor Homeroom will soon have twice as much of it to love. Owners Erin Wade and Allison Arevalo are opening Homeroom To Go (4001 Webster St.), a small retail shop down the street that will double as their commercial kitchen and sell salads, sandwiches, mac-and-cheese platters for takeout, and beer and wine to go. Their curbside pick-up for online orders will also move there, and they hope to expand their catering business. Expect it this summer. [Inside Scoop]
