Screen%20Shot%202014-01-30%20at%209.34.50%20AM.pngDavid Wilcox, the chef and Gjelina alum who helped put Mill Valley Beerworks on the map and earned three stars from Bauer, has decided to part ways with co-owners and brothers Justin and Tyler Catalana, in the hope of pursuing a still-undisclosed project somewhere in SF. The Catalanas have a full plate of their own, having just opened Fort Point Brewing Company in the Presidio last week; they say they'll have a new chef in at MBV within the month.
