For their Eater Elements series, Eater National went behind the scenes of an SF classic: the Secret Breakfast ice cream at Humphry Slocombe. The intoxicating bourbon-cornflake combo was actually a name before it was an ice cream, and Jake Godby says the shop goes through a case and a half of bourbon each week to make it. Previous SF entries in the Eater Elements series include Zuni's roast chicken and the Tonga Room mai tai. [~ EN ~]
