Russian River Brewing Company is gearing up to release 2014's batch of Pliny the Younger, the triple IPA that clocks in at 10% ABV and is generally considered one of the world's best beers. And as its cult popularity grows, there are new rules, including a ban on growlers, no drinking alcohol or smoking in line (the wait can be up to eight hours), and no cutting.
