Russian River Brewing Company is gearing up to release 2014's batch of Pliny the Younger, the triple IPA that clocks in at 10% ABV and is generally considered one of the world's best beers. And as its cult popularity grows, there are new rules, including a ban on growlers, no drinking alcohol or smoking in line (the wait can be up to eight hours), and no cutting. They're currently renovating and repainting for the onslaught, though no less an authority than the Toronado feels that the Younger phenomenon has jumped the shark. [Inside Scoop]
