Green Chile Kitchen Coming to Marin; Descanso Opens in Oakland

MARIN COUNTY—Green Chile Kitchen is expanding outside of SF, with plans to take over the Odalisque Cafe & Grille space in San Rafael. The menu should be similar, with dishes like Frito pie and green chile apple pie. Expect it to arrive in the next month or two. [Inside Scoop]
