MISSION— Ambitious up-and-comer Nicolas Peña, who spent four years as Michael Tusk's sous at Cotogna and counts Evan Rich among his influences, is hosting his second pop-up dinner with the Dinner Lab at the Naked Kitchen on Valencia Street, Monday December 1st. Tickets are $70 for a five course menu or $125 for a spot at Peña's counter, a glass of Prosecco and a bonus take-away from the chef. [EaterWire]
