Epic Roasthouse Will Appear on "The Mindy Project"

Mindy Kaling and Chris Messina apparently have a taste for steak and views, as The Mindy Project's stars (who play dating doctors Mindy Lahiri and Danny Castellano) filmed a dinner scene for the show at Epic Roasthouse yesterday. The shoot was the conclusion of a whirlwind day of shooting in SF, which included trips to the Painted Ladies, Lombard Street, City Lights, and even a stint in one of those yellow Go Cars, according to NBC Bay Area. The duo concluded their day of tourism with a meal of burgers, fries, and meatballs at Epic, where they were filmed outdoors against the backdrop of the restaurant's famously, well, epic view. Look for San Francisco's appearance on the show sometime in January.
