San Francisco's own Sarah Rich of Rich Table has been named one of Food & Wine's "Best New Pastry Chefs of 2014". One of five to make the shortlist, Food & Wine calls Rich "a genius at transforming familiar American desserts" highlighting her take on s'mores (chococlate ganache, toasted marshmallow, tarragon).
Rich's menu is always changing, but stop by now for one of her signature desserts like Toasted Levain Panna Cotta with mandarin orange peel and sorrel.
