A running list of restaurants and bars where you can beat the rain.

Hey, notice this Biblical rain we've been having? (It might have become clearer when school was cancelled—or when your power went out.) A lot of places don't have the electricity to feed folks right now, so we're rounding up the ones that do. This list is getting updated throughout the day, so if you want to contribute, send us an e-mail or tweet us at @eatersf. Bonus points if you're offering a special for anyone who comes out in the rain to eat/drink at your establishment today.
