FILLMORE—An expansion is brewing at 1300 on Fillmore, as chef David Lawrence and his wife/partner Monetta White have acquired the space across the street, at 1325 Fillmore. With a DBA of Black Bark, it looks like it may be BBQ-centric, and it'll open in April, with more details to come in January. [Inside Scoop]

MISSION/EMBARCADEROHumphry Slocombe has once again whipped up a special flavor in honor of Cirque du Soleil's latest spectacular. Kurios, named for the show at AT&T Park, is a combo of espresso ice cream with toffee and caramel, and will be available at both of the shop's locations throughout the show's run, which ends January 18. SOMA—Banh mi purveyors Dinosaurs have landed in SOMA with their fourth locationat 18 Boardman Place, right near the Hall of Justice. (The others are in the Castro, Pacifica, and on Ocean Avenue.)
