Plus: SpoonRocket's white elephant exchange, and a grocery store for West Oakland.

CASTRO—Things are about to get easier and breezier in the Castro, as Sunset fro-yo purveyor Easy Breezy has signed up for the former Frapez space (4029 18th Street). They're hoping to open in March (complete with non-dairy options), and are gunning for later hours as well. [Hoodline]

INNER SUNSET—Also running hot and cold: the Sunset location of clothing retailer Sanfranpsycho, which is gearing up to serve Three Twins ice cream and Four Barrel coffee sometime next year. [Hoodline]

SAN FRANCISCO—Want a white elephant gift with your delivery dinner? SpoonRocket is making it happen today and tomorrow, by giving diners the chance to trade an under-$10 gift of their choosing (wackiness encouraged) for one donated by another customer. For every gift given, they'll donate a meal to the St. Francis food pantry. [EaterWire]

OAKLAND—West Oakland may finally be getting a grocery store. Tom Henderson, the real estate investor who owns the Tribune building, is putting $25 million into creating a space for a real grocery store in the notorious food desert. [SFBT]
