Koi Palace got some attention from Michelin inspectors today, and it's not the good kind. According to a tweet from Michelin's anonymous San Francisco critics, there's something in the water at the popular dim sum spot: "If you have display tanks to show how fresh your seafood is (Koi Palace), not good to have several dead, belly-up fish clouding up the water." As business advice goes, it's hard to argue with that one. [EaterWire]
