As restaurant and bar workers rail against the new California law that requires latex gloves for all food preparation, local chefs have added their voices to a Change.org petition directed to Assembly Member Richard Pan, the chair of the Health Committee currently in charge of editing the bill. So far, 2,000 names (including those of Emily Luchetti, Patricia Unterman, Casey Thompson, and more) have been added to the petition, which is being spearheaded by Iso Rabins of Forage SF. [EaterWire]
