A liquor license went out today for the recently shuttered former Zuppa space at 4th and Brannan, with a very famous name attached: that of Chris Cosentino, the Incanto chef and Top Chef Masters winner who's gained national fame for his TV appearances. His reps are tight-lipped, saying only that they'll confirm that he is doing a project there, so it's unclear whether the space will become a second location of Incanto, a sandwich shop for his salumi company Boccalone, or something else entirely. In any case, the presence of offal can be safely assumed.
