Chef Shuffles

SF is adding another Young Gun to its arsenal. Mitch Lienhard, the right-hand man of Curtis Duffy at Chicago's acclaimed Grace, is headed to the Bay Area, where he'll be the executive sous chef under Joshua Skenes at Saison. Lienhard earned his Eater Young Guns award last year for the intelligence and skill that led Sean Brock to declare "he's going to be a very well-known chef probably very soon."
