Baby Blues BBQ Headed to Inner Richmond's Ireland's 32

Good news for those who enjoy some barbecue along with their beer: Inner Richmond pub Ireland's 32 has picked up a food option in the form of Baby Blues BBQ. Tablehopper brings the glad tidings, noting that Paul Fischer's Mission barbecue outfit will have a permanent home inside the bar starting just as soon as kitchen renovations are completed.

On the menu will be a mix of smaller bites like smoked-trout deviled eggs, a smoked pork-rib sampler with coleslaw, and grilled shrimp over grits, plus larger entrees like a shrimp po'boy, a free-range fried chicken sandwich and Baby Blues' signature burger with blue cheese and an applewood-smoked bacon and ground chuck patty. Keep in mind that Baby Blues recently swept the CatHead's BBQ competition, so they'll have a confident meat offering, from a pork and beef sausage patty sandwich to a slow-smoked beef brisket sandwich to daily chef specials like an Argentine rib-eye. And with a projected opening date around March 1, Baby Blues will be in full swing for all your St. Patrick's Day needs.
