Red Devil Lounge Shutters; Bean Bag's Beer Bust

NOPA—Fans of cheap beer have long enjoyed Bean Bag Cafe's offering, but though they've been serving beer outside for almost 20 years, the long arm of the law has finally caught up with them. A moratorium on outdoor beer drinking has been in place since December, but all is not lost: owner Mike Alzagha says he's close to reversing the dire situation. [Haighteration]
