Anchor Oyster Bar owner and aspiring Coit Tower concessionaire Terry Grimm has waited nearly two years since receiving preliminary approval to open up shop at the city landmark, but it looks like a deal has finally gone through. However, Grimm's initial plan to offer chowders, seafood cocktails and and other restaurant-style dishes from a food cart have met opposition from neighbors and Public Health officials, and the question of what exactly will be served once the tower reopens in April is still being determined.
