Josey Baker's carbaliciousness is getting an extended play at The Mill, where he's introducing a Monday pizza night. Each Monday, in Cheese Board/Arizmendi style, Baker will offer a rotating vegetarian pie by the slice ($2.50) or whole pie ($20) from 6-9 pm, with topping options like chicories and roasted garlic or mushrooms and asparagus. Also of note: The Mill is throwing a party with Nopa on Saturday, featuring homemade sausage, drinks, and a screening of a documentary about Baker. [Josey Baker Bread]
