As the Big 4 (and its home, the Huntington Hotel) undergoes renovation, it will be missing a key component when it returns: longtime chef Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls, who worked there for over 30 years. The wild-game enthusiast is taking some time off to consider her next move, while the Puccini Group, which is revamping and operating the restaurant, says they're seeking a "promotable" new chef who can be the face of the restaurant.
