Yelp has crunched the numbers and unleashed a list of the Top 100 Places to Eat, based on user's ratings of "so-good-it-makes-you-want-to-slap-your-momma" places to eat worldwide. Bay Area spots that made the list are a mix of duhs (Ike's Place, Kokkari, Arizmendi) and more modest cult favorites (Lou's Cafe, Roxie Food Center). Good, but slap-your-momma, top 100 good?
