"Bi-coastal bagel logistics expert" Sonya Haines is bringing the bagels overnight on the red-eye, to be topped with homemade schmear (olive, roasted jalapeño, charred scallion-garlic, and plain), as well as lox and pastrami, with the help of Wes Rowe of Wesburger.
