Local food-truck favorite Brass Knuckle is now bringing its particular brand of music-themed fare to the Tenderloin with the opening of a storefront at 749 Larkin Street. Shellie Kitchen (currently a contestant on ABC's The Taste) is behind the operation, which features playful menu items like the Notorious P.I.G (a Cubano on a rosemary waffle), Fryin' Maiden (buttermilk fried-chicken sandwich) and Pork Floyd (a pulled-pork melt).
