As fans of Josey Baker (or readers of last week's One Year In session with The Mill's team) may know, the local bread maestro has a cookbook on the way, which is designed to teach even novice bakers the step-by-step process of baking their own loaves. Now a trailer has been released for the book, with luscious photography of all the kneading, shaping, and smiles Baker offers each day behind The Mill's counter. (Fair warning: a lot of it's cobbled together from Najeeb Tarazi's documentary about him, which is well worth a watch of its own.) Josey Baker Bread: Get Baking - Make Awesome Bread - Share the Loaves is out on April 15; stay tuned for more info on release events he has planned at Pizzaiolo, State Bird Provisions, and more.
